Behind the movement
Every detail.
Connected.
Billing is a chain of small handoffs, and any one of them can stall a claim. We can run the whole chain, or step in exactly where it keeps breaking.

One cycle.
Each service works on its own, and better together. Keep scrolling — each one stacks on the last.

Getting started
From first call
to first report.
Week 1
Review
We look at a sample of recent claims, denials and aging to see exactly where revenue is stalling.
Week 2
Plan
You get a written plan: what we take over, what stays in-house and how we will report progress.
Weeks 3–4
Transition
Access, payer enrollment checks and workflows are set up alongside your team, with no gap in submissions.
Every month
Report
A plain-language review of collections, denials and A/R, with the next fixes we recommend.
Who you work with
People who know
the work by heart.
Revenue cycle leads
Own your account from end to end. One name to call, who already knows your payers and your backlog.
Coding specialists
Review documentation against code sets and payer rules before a claim ever leaves your system.
A/R and follow-up team
Work open balances by age and payer until each one is paid, corrected or closed with a documented reason.
Questions
Before you
ask.
Do you work inside our current practice management system?
In most cases, yes. We work inside your existing PM or EHR, so your data stays where it already is. Tell us which system you use and we will confirm.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Many practices start with denial management or an old A/R clean-up and add services later.
How is patient data handled?
Patient information is accessed only inside your own systems, under a business associate agreement. Please do not send patient information through this website.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on specialty, claim volume and scope. After the initial review, we quote one clear monthly arrangement.
How quickly will we see a difference?
Rejections and coding gaps usually surface in the first weeks. Older A/R takes longer — we agree on priorities in the plan.
